Non-Smoking
Brecks Cottage is a strictly non-smoking guest house. Guests who smoke are respectfully requested to smoke outside the boundary of the property, where disposal facilities are provided for cigarette butts.
With the introduction of the new national non-smoking policies in public places and new fire regulations in respect of guest houses, we have no option but to prohibit smoking in any part of the premises.
We also ask that all smoking equipment be kept in guests' cars where it will be easily accessible in the event they wish to smoke in the designated area outside the gate and will ensure we do not compromise our insurance by such equipment being on the premises.
